The practice is open Monday to Friday from 09.00am to 05.30pm.

Appointment times outwith the normal hours of the practice may be arranged with a particular dentist, but subject to an arranged fee.

The availability of appointments varies each day and consultations are by appointment only. Each day, time is set aside for emergency cases so please phone early if you require urgent treatment. In absolute emergencies outwith normal practice hours, there are instructions on the practice phone on how to reach a dentist.

If you have to cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible as failure to attend for an appointment will result in a charge being made. We do try very hard to keep to the appointment times and you will be told of any delay.

If you have any physical disabilities please tell the receptionist when arranging an appointment, so we can be prepared to help you in a way that suits you. Ramps are available to allow wheelchair access but if we are forewarned we can be prepared and ensure you attend at quieter times. There is a large "handicapped signed" button at the front door. If you have any difficulties with the door or entrance please press the button and a staff member will help.
